11.1 - Export to Generalitat de Catalona [Spain]

moveon helps you with the production of the statistics for the Catalonian Government. moveon generates text-files which can be given directly to the Government of Catalonia. These files contain separately mobilities' data for incoming and outgoing students entered in moveon for the selected year.

1- Producing the statistics

The production of this statistic can be done with moveon after a selection of mobilities for incoming students or outgoing students on the form actions under the tab "Tools".

2- Specific configuration of the Exportación para la Generalitat de Cataluña Interface

Two optional fields have to be defined under "Configuración - Campos opcionales":

  • codi universitat (origen i destí) for partner institutions - universities
  • Codi àmbit for mobilities - incoming students

Then you need to select those new optional fields in moveon under the "Interfaces" form reachable from the main menu by selecting "Configuración", "Interfaces" and then the "Exportación para la Generalitat de Cataluña" option. The specific code of your institution has also to be set (e.g.: 44 for Universitat de Lleida).

4- Remarks about specific fields exported

Codi universitet origen/destí

The code of the partner institution has to be entered on the window "Instituciones". The optional field defined above has to be filled out if the partner institution does not have an Erasmus Code. For the European institutions moveon exports the value saved in the field "Codigo Erasmus" on the same window.

Codí programa/subprograma mobilitat

The programme and subprogramme codes have to be entered on the window "Programas de movilidad" in the configuration of the reference tables. The field "ID externa" contains both codes separated with semicolon ";" (e.g. "01;02" which corresponds to 01 for the programme code and 02 for the subprogramme code).

Codi tipus estada

The type of stay has to be entered on the window "Tipos de movilidad" in the configuration of the reference tables. The field "ID externa" contains this code (e.g. 1 for studies).

Codi ámbit (only for incoming students)

The "code ámbit" has to be entered on the window "movilidades". The optional field defined above has to be used. Only the first character is exported. The possible value are 1 to 6. A predefined list can be defined in the configuration of moveon for this optional field (e.g.: 1 - Humanitats, 2 - Ciències, ...).

Codi estudi (only for outgoing students)

The "code estudi" has to be entered on the window "Titulaciones" in the configuration of the reference tables. The field "ID externa" contains this code (e.g.: GRAU00000016).

Codi tipus beca (only for outgoing students)

The code of the funding has to be entered on the window "Tipos de financiación" in the configuration of the reference tables. The field "ID externa" contains this code (e.g. "01").
